The Special City Council Meeting of the City of Niagara Falls was called to order on Tuesday,
August 30, 2022, at 1:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Mayor Jim Diodati, Councillor Vince Kerrio, Councillor Lori Lococo,
Councillor Victor Pietrangelo, Councillor Mike Strange, Councillor Wayne
Thomson (Present in Council Chambers)
COUNCIL Councillor Chris Dabrowski, Councillor Carolynn loannoni and Councillor
ABSENT: Wayne Campbell

The meeting was called to order at 1:10 PM.

4. BY-LAWS
2022- A by-law to authorize the execution of three Amendment of Section 37
097. Agreements with 2676555 Ontario Limited, 2676557 Ontario Limited and
2676562 Ontario Limited, respectively, pursuant to Section 37 of the Planning
Act respecting the provision of certain facilities, services and matters by
2676555 Ontario Limited, 2676557 Ontario Limited and 2676562 Ontario

Limited in return for amendments to By-law No. 79-200 for increase in height
and/or density.
2022- A by-law to amend By-law Nos. 395, 1966 and 79-200 to regulate the plan of
098. subdivision located on Part of Lot 19, Concession 2 Willoughby on the lands
(AM -2019-007).
2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 79-200 to permit the use of the lands for 60
099. storey tower and to repeal By-law Nos. 2012-80 and 2013-108. (AM -2021-
014)
2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 79-200 to permit the use of the lands for 45
100. storey tower and to repeal By-law Nos. 2012-81 and 2013-109 (AM -2021-
014).
2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 79-200 to permit the use of the lands for 39
101. storey tower and to repeal By-law Nos. 2012-82 and 2013-110. (AM -2021-
014).
2022- A by-law to provide for the adoption of Amendment No. 153 to the City of
102. Niagara Falls Official Plan (AM -2021-014).
2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 79-200, to permit the use of the lands for a 35
103. and 36 storey mixed use development subject to the removal of a holding (H)
symbol (AM -2021-019)
2022- A by-law to provide for the adoption of Amendment No. 144 to the City of
104. Niagara Falls Official Plan (AM -2021-019).
2022- A by-law to designate Lots 139 and 141, Plan 291 to be deemed not to be
105. within a registered plan of subdivision (AM -2021-019).
2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 79-200, to permit the use of the lands for 55
106. townhouse and 88 apartment (stacked townhouse) dwelling units in 16, 4.5
storey apartment buildings and to repeal By-law No. 2001-132 (AM -2021-
021).
2022- A by-law to provide for the adoption of Amendment No. 150 to the City of
107. Niagara Falls Official Plan (AM -2021-021).
2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 79-200, to permit the use of the lands for a 10-
108. storey apartment dwelling, containing a total of 107 dwelling units and
ancillary commercial space, subject to the removal of a holding (H) symbol
(AM -2022-007).
2022- A by-law to provide for the adoption of Amendment No. 145 to the City of
109. Niagara Falls Official Plan (AM -2022-007).
2022- A by-law to designate Lots 9 and 10, W/S Main St, N of Lundy's Lane, Plan
110. 653 to be deemed not to be within a registered plan of subdivision (AM -2022-
007).
2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 79-200, to permit the use of the lands for 80
111. townhouse dwelling units (AM -2022-010).
2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 395, 1966 to permit a reduction in minimum lot
112. frontage of the lands (AM -2022-016).

113. Niagara Falls Official Plan (AM -2022-016).
2022- A by-law to adopt, ratify and confirm the actions of City Council at its meeting
114. held on the 30th day of August, 2022.

That the by-laws be read a first, second and third time and passed.
Carried (Councillor Lococo was opposed to By-law 2022-098 and By-law
2022-111.
