7.1. Presentation - Technology and Digital Master Plan Discovery
Summary
Perry Group Consulting Ltd has completed a Technology and
Digital Master plan for the City of Niagara Falls. Perry Group
helps municipalities maximize opportunities to use technology in
transformative ways. The presentation is to summarize key
findings from discovery phase and highlight strategic risks and
opportunities along with next steps for the strategized phase.
Susan Chase, Project Lead Consultant for Perry Group Ltd., will
be providing a virtual presentation entitled "Technology and
Digital Master Plan Discovery Summary."

10. CONSENT AGENDA
The consent agenda is a set of reports that could be approved in one
motion of council. The approval endorses all of the recommendations
contained in each of the reports within the set. The single motion will
save time.
Prior to the motion being taken, a councillor may request that one or
more of the reports be moved out of the consent agenda to be
considered separately.

11. COMMUNICATIONS AND COMMENTS OF THE CITY CLERK
The Communications section of the agenda is a set of items listed as
correspondence to Council that could be approved in one motion of
Council. If Staff feel that more than one recommendation is required,
the listed communications items will be grouped accordingly. The single
motion per recommendation, if required, will save time.
Prior to any motion being taken, a Councillor may request that one or
more of the items be lifted for discussion and considered separately.

11.3. Noise By-law Exemption - Niagara Falls Marathon
The organizers for the upcoming Niagara Falls Marathon, to be
held on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Upper Rapids Parking Lot,
is requesting noise by-law exemption to allow for an announcer to
speak on the PA system (amplified sound) starting at 6:30 AM
until 7:00 AM.
Recommendation: THAT Council APPROVE a noise by-law
exemption for the Niagara Falls Marathon, held on Sunday,
October 26, 2025 as Upper Rapids Parking Lot, to allow for an
