To give written permission of by-laws passed at the Council meeting of: April 21,
2026
I, James M. Diodati, Mayor of the City of Niagara Falls, will not exercise the power to
veto the by-laws passed at the Niagara Falls City council meeting of April 21, 2026, and
hereby provide approval of these by-laws in accordance with subsection 284.11(4)(a)(i)
of the Municipal Act, 2001,
