Dean,
In reference to the public meeting before Council this Monday in the
above noted matter, I would kindly ask that you forward to the members
of Council the attached petition in support of the application. The
original will be available at the public meeting. As well, below please
find a small sample of testimonials from past guests (primarily
traveling young families) attesting to the quality of the accommodations
provided by our clients and the guests' positive experiences which they
took home from their visits to Niagara Falls.

What a great experience. This was the first time we rented a home. Mike
was very helpful. The pictures of the property were accurate. The
children in our group loved having the top floor to themselves and their
very own living room. We also enjoyed them having their own space. There
were enough bathrooms for privacy and a quick get away in the morning.
Everything we needed in the kitchen was right there. Also, Mike's
suggestion for a family restaurant was great. The quiet neighborhood was
also wonderful. What can I say, we had a wonderful time. I would
recommend this property to any of our friends.

This house provided exactly what we needed for our family. My husband
and I and our 3 children stayed here over the weekend during Spring
break on our way to Boston last year. Despite unusually cold weather and
non -stop rain, we still enjoyed our visit to the falls. I can attest

that I do not think our three teenage children would have been nearly as
happy if, when not outside, they had been confined to a hotel room! Our
stay in Niagara was one of our most memorable due to the weather, but it
was also one of our most delightful due to the accommodations. Knowing
we were going back to a wonderful house, kept smiles on our faces
despite the inclimate weather. The house provided the perfect cozy,
warm, and homey environment we needed when coming back from our day of
waterlogged touring (and the dryer helped too)! The house was clean,
spacious, and had everything we needed! Thank you Executive Rentals!

I rented this property with 3 other couple for a weekend winter get
away. The house was clean and very comfortable for 8 people. The house
was equiped with all that was needed and felt like being home.
The location was private yet minutes to the downtown area. The owner
provided some useful info on activities and eateries.
This is the way to stay!
