The Special City Council Meeting of the City of Niagara Falls was called to order on Monday,
September 12, 2022, at 12:02 PM, in the Council Chambers , with the following members
present:
PRESENT: Mayor Jim Diodati, Councillor Chris Dabrowski, Councillor Vince Kerrio,
Councillor Mike Strange, Councillor Wayne Thomson (Present in
Chambers)
Councillor Lori Lococo, Councillor Wayne Campbell (Present via Zoom).
COUNCIL Councillor Carolynn loanonni, Councillor Victor Pietrangelo

1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 12:02 PM.
2. ADOPTION OF MINUTES
2.1. Council Minutes of August 30, 2022
Moved by Councillor Vince Kerrio
Seconded by Councillor Mike Strange
That Council approve the minutes of the August 30, 2022 meeting as
presented.
Carried Unanimously (Councillor Dabrowski abstained from vote).
3. DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST
(None reported)
4. BY-LAWS
2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 79-200, to permit the use of the lands for a 12
115. and 13 storey apartment dwelling with 483 dwelling units and to protect a
significant woodland and provincially significant wetland and to repeal By-law
No. 91-294 (AM -2022-005).
2022- A by-law to provide for the adoption of Amendment No.152 to the City of
116. Niagara Falls Official Plan (AM -2022-005).

2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 79-200, to permit the use of the lands for two 4

2022- A by-law to amend By-law No. 79-200, to permit the use of the lands for the
118. development of 14, 16, and 30 storey mixed use buildings and to repeal By-
law No. 2020-06 (AM -2022-014).
2022- A by-law to establish community benefits charges for The Corporation of the
119. City of Niagara Falls.
2022- A by-law to adopt, ratify and confirm the actions of City Council at its meeting
120. held on the 12th day of September, 2022.

That the by-laws be read a first, second and third time and passed.
