The Council Education Session of the City of Niagara Falls was called to order on Friday,
November 18, 2022, at 12:00 PM, at the Niagara Falls History Museum , with the following
members present:
COUNCIL Mayor Jim Diodati, Councillor Tony Baldinelli, Councillor Wayne
PRESENT: Campbell, Councillor Lori Lococo, Councillor Ruth -Ann Nieuwesteeg,
Councillor Mona Patel, Councillor Victor Pietrangelo, Councillor Mike
Strange, Councillor Wayne Thomson.
STAFF Jason Burgess, Bill Matson, Heather Ruzylo, Erik Nickel, Tiffany Clark,
PRESENT: Dale Morton, Trent Dark, Serge Felicetti, Kathy Moldenhauer, Fire Chief
Jo Zambito, Dave Butyniec, Carey Campbell, Nidhi Punyarthi, Dave
Etherington, Kira Dolch.

Moved by Councillor Wayne Campbell
Seconded by Councillor Wayne Thomson
That Council enter into an In -Camera session.

2 CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 12:06 PM.
3 COMMUNICATIONS -CORRESPONDENCE FROM RESIDENT
a) Correspondence from resident, Joedy Burdett
Attached is a letter from Joedy Burdett, requesting Council to consider not
having the training session in closed session.
4 ADJOURNMENT
That Council adjourn the meeting at 5:13 PM.
