IN CAMERA SESSION
Council met on Thursday, May 19, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. in a Special In Camera
Session. All members of Council, with the exception of Aldermen Diodati and
Pietrangelo, and Mayor Sa/ci, were present. Alderman Selina Volpatti presided as
Chairman.
Following consideration of the items presented, the In Camera Session rose to
report in open session.

Council met on Thursday, May 19, 2005 at 4:15 p.m. in a Special Council meeting..
All members of Council, with the exception of Alderman Diodati and Mayor Salci, were
present. Acting Mayor, Alderman Vince Kerrio presided as Chair.
ORDERED on the motion of Alderman Volpatti, seconded by Alderman Morocco, that the
actions taken in the Special `In Camera" session be approved.
That Council direct staff to give public notice that Council will be considering an
offer, to sell city -owned lands north of McLeod Road, west of Montrose Road, being
part of Township Lots 163 and 170 at our next Council meeting of May 30 2005.
Alderman Pietrangelo entered Council Chambers.
Millennium Trail Issue
Following some discussion, it was ORDERED on the motion ofAlderman Campbell,
seconded by Alderman loannoni, that the Millennium Trail matter be deferred from the May
30 2005 Council meeting in order that staff can hold discussions with Hydro, to
investigate the various options and to alleviate the resident's concems; and further, that
residents be notified about the deferral through the media and for those living in close
proximity, be further notified by way of a flyer distribution or mailed notice, in order to
minimize their concems. Carried Unanimously.

ORDERED on the motion of Alderman Campbell, seconded by Alderman Volpatti, that the
meeting be adjoumed at 4:25 p.m. Carried Unanimously.
