The City Council Meeting of the City of Niagara Falls was called to order on Tuesday,
September 19, 2023, at 3:06 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members
present:
COUNCIL Councillor Tony Baldinelli, Councillor Lori Lococo, Councillor Victor
PRESENT: Pietrangelo, Councillor Mike Strange, Councillor Wayne Thomson
COUNCIL Mayor Jim Diodati, Councillor Wayne Campbell, Councillor Mona Patel,
