a closed meeting to consider a matter that falls under the subject matter of 239(2)(c) of the
Municipal Act, 2001, a proposed or pending acquisition of land by the municipality, and a matter that
falls under the subject matter of 239(2)(e) litigation or potential litigation and 239(2)(b) personal
matters about an identifiable individual.
