WHEREAS all meetings of Council are to be open to the public; and
WHEREAS fhe only time a meeting or part of a meeting may be closed to the public if the subj ect
matter falls under one of the exceptions under s. 239(2) of the Municipal Acy 2001.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT on Apri16, 20Q9, Niagara Falls Council will go into
a closed meeting to consider matters that fall under the subjecY matter of 239(2)(c) of the Munzcipal
Act, 2001, a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality.
