WHEItEAS all meetings of Council are to be open to the public; and
WHEI~AS the only time a meeting or part of a meeting may 1~e closed to the public if the subject
matter falls under one of the exceptions under s. 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001.
TI~Efl~FO~ ~T' ~SOI.VE~ ~'I~A'~' on May 4, 2009 Niagara Falls Council will go into a
closed meeting to consider a matters that fall under the subject matter of 239(2)(~ of the Mu~icipal
Act, 2001, to receive advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, and 239(2)(c) , a proposed
or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality.
