Helias Enterprises Limited to Zoning By-law No. 2001-90 is frivolous, vexatious and made
for the purpose of delay and was not made in good faith;
AND FURTHER THAT the Ontario Municipal Board be requested to expedite this matter
and set an early hearing date.
