Falls determines in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, that
the changes proposed to the zoning by-law for application AM-16/2000 (Jack & Diane
Vegter) do not require the giving of further notice.
AND the Seal of the Corporation be hereto affixed.
