WHEREAS Niagara Falls City Council approved draft approval for the Plan of Condominium for
6911/6921 Barker Street ; and
WHEREAS the applicant has requested a one -year extension of the draft approval; and
WHEREAS the Regional Municipality of Niagara has requested conditions related to waste and
recycling.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Niagara Falls
hereby determines in accordance with Section 51 (47) of the Planning Act, R.S.O., that the proposed
changes in the draft plan of condominium (26CD -1 1- 2007 -06, 6911-6921 Barker Street) are minor in
nature and do not require any further notice.
