WHEREAS draft approval for the Plan of Vacant Land Condominium for Part of Township Lot 35
Stamford, Part 1, Reference Plan 59R -5511, was given by the Council of the Corporation of the City
of Niagara Falls effective on October 18, 2007; and
WHEREAS Klein Building Company Limited is proposing changes to the type of units in the Plan
from townhouse dwellings to single detached and semi - detached dwellings; and
WHEREAS the result of the changes will decrease the number of lots by 6 units from 26 units to 20
units; and
WHEREAS despite the change in unit type, the proposed development is very similar to the original
plan in its layout; and
WHEREAS the modification does not affect any abutting properties.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Niagara Falls
hereby determines in accordance with Section 51 (47) of the Planning Act, R.S.O., that the proposed
changes in the draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium (26CD -11- 2007 -04) are minor in nature and
do not require any further notice.
