RE: VTS Facility Workshop
At the October 24, 2011 Council meeting, Council approved the following motion regarding the
proposed VTS facility:
ORDERED on the motion of Councillor Thomson, seconded by Councillor Morocco
that the scope of which will be subject to the detailed costing associated with the size of
the facility and a report will be presented to Council for approval, identifying the preferred
alternative.
Motion Carried
with Councillors Kerrio, Gates, Pietrangelo and loannoni opposed.
As a result, a workshop with the cost consultants on the project will take place after In Camera, prior
to the Council meeting.
Manny Ng, IBI Consultants, will lead the workshop.
Drawings and cost estimates are being finalized and will be sent out on Friday
