City of Welland - petition that no services be moved from local hospitals prior to a new South Niagara Hospital and that the new hospital be located in Welland. RECOMMENDATION: For the Information of Council. 8. Nick Roma Foundation - requesting fee waiver for field rental for fundraiser. RECOMMENDATION: For the Consideration of Council. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Niagara Falls City Council considers the Red Bull Crashed Ice event to be an event of municipal significance and supports the provision of extended liquor licence hours for participating licence holders on November 30 and December 1, 2012. 2. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Niagara Falls City Council considers the outdoor concert in the Victoria Centre BIA, on Red Bull Crashed ice weekend, to be an event of municipal significance and supports the provision of a Special Occasion Liquor Licence (SOP). 6 CONSENT AGENDA THE CONSENT AGENDA IS A SET OF REPORTS THAT COULD BE APPROVED IN ONE MOTION OF COUNCIL. THE APPROVAL ENDORSES ALL OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN EACH OF THE REPORTS WITHIN THE SET. THE SINGLE MOTION WILL SAVE TIME.
