2002/09/16The City of Niagara Falls, Ontario No. 21 Moved by Alderman Pietrangelo Seconded by Alderman loannoni Council Chambers September 16, 2002 WHEREAS in 1998 Colin Ruddell and Lee Smith were appointed to Fire management positions; and WHEREAS the aforementioned employees remain part of the OMERS class of NRA 60; and WHEREAS the status of both employees will change to NRA 65 with no increase in cost. BE IT RESOLVED THAT Colin Ruddell and Lee Smith be allowed to change their OMERS class to NRA 65. AND The Seal of the Corporation be hereto affixed. Carried Unanimously CITY CLERK WAYNE THOMSON MAYOR The City of Niagara Falls, Ontario Council Chambers No. 20 Moved by Alderman PIETRANGELO September 16, 2002 Seconded by Alderman CAMPBELL BE IT RESOLVED THAT Notwithstanding sections 4.12 and 8.7.2(c) of City of Niagara Falls Comprehensive Zoning By-law 79-200, as amended, a trailer camp site located lawfully under Zoning By-law 79-200, as amended, on the date of the passage of this by-law shall not be rendered unlawful or non-conforming by the subsequent introduction of a residential use within 60 metres of the trailer camp site so located; AND FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Notwithstanding section 3(2)(e) of Schedule 10 of City of Niagara Falls By-law No. 2001-31, as amended, a camping lot located lawfully under By-taw No. 2001-31 shall not thereafter be rendered unlawful by the subsequent introduction of a residential zone or residential lot boundary within 200 feet (61 m) of the camping lot so located.
